It is the goal of the CQM organization to provide our players with a healthy and
positive environment to learn and participate in the great game of football. We
are focused on achieving the following objectives:
- Players are here to have fun and enjoy all that the game has to offer
- Teach the fundamentals of the game - fundamentals that will provide the players
with a solid foundation of skill sets throughout their football careers
- Football is the ultimate team sport. We will promote achievement of team goals.
We truly believe that our players are brothers
- Motivate our players to work hard, compete and give 110% on and off the field
- Build character, integrity and a sense of pride. We believe in teaching values that
will last a lifetime. We want our players to be winners in the game of life
